At DocPilot, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and process your information when you use our platform.
1Processing Location
DocPilot values local-first functionality. Resumes, CV selections, and cover letter inputs are created and cached locally within your browser state (using local cache storage) to keep your work fast and responsive.
2Account Information & Persistence
When you create an account, authenticate, or purchase premium Pro features, your basic account credentials (email address, user ID) and premium status markers are securely recorded using Firebase Authentication and Firestore DB instances under strict protection rules.
3AI Service Submissions
Our document benchmarks, résumé scoring metrics, cover letter drafts, and LinkedIn summaries are augmented using official Google Gemini model nodes. Text submissions are routed via secure SSL endpoints to process requests and are never used to train advertising algorithms.
